We collect the information you submit through our inquiry form, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, and stated business need. We use it to respond to your request, evaluate potential services, schedule conversations, and maintain reasonable business records.
Information may be processed by service providers used for hosting, email delivery, automation, scheduling, or customer relationship management. We do not sell personal information. We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or legal requirements.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Website assistant (chat). Our website includes an AI assistant that answers questions about our services. Conversations are saved so we can improve the answers, and each message is stored with the page you were on and a one-way encoded form of your IP address, which we use to prevent abuse. Messages are processed by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model behind the assistant, which does not use them to train its models. If you choose to share your name, email address or phone number in the chat, we save those details as an inquiry and may contact you about it, exactly as with our inquiry form. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. You may ask us to delete your conversation at any time using the address below.
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@normardigital.com. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet system is completely secure.

Text messaging. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Normar Digital at the number provided, sent using an automated system.
